How to read this blog

Thanks for pullin' up! It's a real privilege to have you here.

Best way to read if you're here for the first time: pick three blog posts--any three, in or out of order.

I suggest reading in this fashion because things vary. Some posts are short and some are long. Some are fun, some are serious, some are about my personal experiences, some are more theoretical.

And so, reading three random posts will serve as a primer of sorts for how IM gets down--and how I do, too, I suppose.

Each post is written with a great deal of love and care and is, for me, a piece of art I get to make. Every post, from the very first, is my very best and most favorite. As the butcher tells Banzan in the Zen koan: Everything in my shop is the best.

Whatever three posts you select, those are exactly the ones you should've selected, those are the ones that will exactly most helpful to you in the right-now-moment you read them, and there's nothing you can do about that.

Sometimes, I do gulp before I hit "Publish".

But ultimately, I do hit "Publish".

If, after you read a bit, you are moved and so inclined, I'd love for you to subscribe to the blog, which means you'll get an email notification each time I post--see the orange "Notify Me!" button at the top of this page.

And if you have a question about something I've written, or disagree or agree or whatever: please leave a comment. It would be fun to reply to you.

Thanks again for being here!
